"If advertising and marketing agencies had fully understood banking needs, Early & Co. would never have been formed. In the 1980’s I was a senior officer and director of the marketing, training, strategic planning, and staff development divisions of a large Nashville, Tennessee bank. Over the course of 5 or 6 years, our bank changed marketing and advertising agencies several times, trying to find one that truly grasped the unique and constantly changing challenges and opportunities banks face every day. One day it struck me: I had the experience, the passion, and the willingness to learn what I didn’t know, to create the type of business that I knew our bank, and other banks, needed. Combining marketing, advertising, public relations, strategic and marketing planning, and customer contact staff training into one company, Early & Co. was born in late 1988. From our beginnings to the present, our passion has been to serve financial institutions. By design, all our clients are financial institutions.
